Singer 66

I have once again been seduced by a low price on a model I don't yet own, a Singer 66, this one made in 1930.

The shellac is flaking badly, there are a few small dings along the front lip of the deck, and the chrome/steel is pitted here and there with rust.  It powers on but it needs a complete re-wire as the wires are original.  It's also very dirty and smells terrible (incense, peppermints, and cats).

Once again, check back (this time in about a month -- I've got several other machines ahead of this one) and hopefully it will be looking much better and running smoothly.
