Niçoise Salad


This salad is a French classic and needs no introduction. 

As it contains so many ingredients including protein and starch, I eat it as a main course with nothing else except perhaps a thin slice of buttered, toasted French bread and a glass of wine or a martini afterward.

The following recipe has been adopted for American kitchens.  (I will add the recipe shortly -- stay tuned!)
