Chinese Barbequed Pork

Here's dinner for this evening: Chinese barbequed pork with steamed rice, hot mustard, toasted sesame seeds, deviled eggs.  Very easy to prepare and delicious.

Chinese Barbequed Pork:

1 Fresh Pork Loin, about 1.5 lbs.

8 T. Soy Sauce
6 Slices Ginger Root
2 Cloves Garlic, mashed
4 Green Onion, chopped fine
4 T. White Wine
2 T. Hoisin

Marinate overnight, turning meat at least once.

Bake 350F for 25 mins. on a broiler pan grid over a water bath.  (A casserole works well for the bath.)

Turn meat over and bake another 20 mins.

Let meat rest for at least 5 mins.

Serve with favorite condiments and sides or as an appetizer for a vegetable main course.
